“Safara The Movie, directed by Paolo Calcagni, chronicles a humanitarian journey to the heart of Tanzania, where the Solidarity Couriers of TakeMeBack (Antonio Di Leonardo, Andrea Mariani, and Fabio Talucci) traverse vast deserts, green expanses, and bustling cities, visiting schools and villages and connecting with the indigenous local communities. Through the smiles of the children, the most beautiful story unfolds: a story of promises kept, of tangible hope, and of the power of solidarity transformed into concrete action.

The Under Our Skin Film Festival, to be held in Nairobi from November 6 to 17, 2024, will feature a wide selection of films and documentaries from around the world, all united by a commitment to raising awareness of pressing social issues. “Safara The Movie” will screen on Saturday, November 9, offering viewers a thrilling journey that will leave them breathless, inspiring them to believe in the power of solidarity and action.
