Namunukula preschool – Sri Lanka
TakeMeBack is launching a new fundraising project in support of Tamil Namunukula School, a small nursery school located in the green heart of Sri Lanka, in the mountains of the Badulla district. It is a simple but lively place, with two classes of children, immersed in an extraordinary natural setting and filled with smiles, colors, and a strong desire to learn.
The initiative stems from a collaboration with the Selvaiezzi nursery and primary school, with the aim of involving children, families, and the educational community in a shared journey of solidarity, awareness, and cultural exchange.
Innovative charity
TakeMeBack combines travel with solidarity through a global network of solidarity couriers.
Each mission is documented on video so that donors can see every stage of the mission, from the purchase of materials on site to their delivery into the hands of the children, making this charity innovative, transparent, and engaging.

A traveler records a video in which students from a school or orphanage make a request for help.
Fundraising
The TakeMeBack team verifies the request and creates a fundraising campaign via ad hoc online crowdfunding.
Documentary
The Solidarity Couriers reach their destination, purchase the materials, and deliver them, recording a documentary that recounts the mission.
The Corriere Solidale is a traveler who, through his itinerary, transports and delivers a gift to those in need. A modern globetrotter who discovers that giving something is the best way to receive, enriching his travel experience with solidarity.
